Gift questions, answered

Does the gift subscription auto-renew?

No. You pay once today. After the last shipment it simply ends. There is nothing to cancel and nobody gets a surprise charge.

When does the first box ship?

We roast and ship the first box within 2 business days, or on the preferred date you pick while building the gift. Later boxes ship about every 30 days.

Do I need their shipping address?

Yes. At checkout, enter their address as the shipping address and keep your own email for the receipt. If you would rather they choose their own start date and address, send a gift card instead.

Can I time it for a birthday or the holidays?

Yes. Pick a preferred first ship date and we hold the first roast until then. Order by December 15 for delivery before Christmas within California, December 12 for the rest of the U.S.

Can they change the roast or grind later?

Of course. They (or you) can email harveyscoffeesupport@gmail.com any time and we will update the remaining shipments.

What if they don't love it?

Email us and we refund the whole gift. No forms, no return label.

Will they get emails about my gift?

Order emails go to the email you enter at checkout, so use your own. Their box arrives with your handwritten note and a tasting card, and nothing about the price.

Is there a one-time gift instead of a subscription?
